How is the payment made?

A deposit of 50% of the cost of the total order as a fixed deposit. The remaining 50% at the end of the order production.
What payment methods do you accept?
Unusual Bouquet accepts different forms of payment:
• Bank transfer: if you choose this option, when you confirm that you want to buy a Bouquet, we will send you your bank details to make the payment. Attention: the production of your order will start only after we have received the confirmation of the transfer.
• Poste Pay.

 

How do I know that the order that has been made satisfies me?

At the end of the order, photos will be sent by email, professionally made without alteration of color.

The bride will view the work done and upon confirmation, the balance will be sent.

 

After settling the balance how will the order be shipped?

Once the balance has been received, the order will be placed by SDA express courier, with insured shipping.

 

How is the order packed?

The order is packed with great care and with all the necessary precautions to be able to get it intact.

 

What will happen after the shipment?

Once the package is shipped, an email will be sent on how to behave upon receiving the package.

If the package arrives damaged what happens?
